Event Planning / Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant

Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant

$25.00 per hour to start plus commissions

Flexible Scheduling - Hybrid WFH Options - Approximately 15 Hours Per Week

JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in corporate events planning and production

As Brand Ambassador and Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Receive industry-specific training
  • Generate new business opportunities for corporate tradeshows, meetings and events
  • Prospect to identify new sales leads
  • Reach out by phone and email
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify leads
  • Explain the company's corporate event services and solutions
  • Answer questions and address inquiries
  • Create price quotes
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Additionally, administer social media handles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
  • Participate in networking events
  • Assist with additional marketing and public relations initiatives
  • Attend tradeshows and company-sponsored events
  • Provide additional support to the CEO as requested
  • Handle special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

  • Event and/or Tradeshow experience
  • Sales, Business Development and/or Brand Ambassador experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
