Intake Coordinator

This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
Ideal candidate for this position will handle the full client intake process, help with front desk operations, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, providing information to clients about services offered, creating/maintaining digital client files, processing payments, and answering phones. Candidate must agree to become a certified drug test collector. (We will train and certify).
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Empathy and understanding of mental health issues.
This position operates in a professional clinical environment and requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods, occasional light lifting, and the use of standard office equipment.
