We are seeking a Leasing Agent With LIHTC Compliance Training (to be provided) to join our team You will handle all front end leasing activities and transactions on behalf of the prospects t our multifamily apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Lease Apartments
- Gather information on all applicants.
- Host open houses and other events
- Gather information to Prepare market analysis
- Educate prospects on LIHTC requirements as applicable
- Verify and disclose property facts to applicants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or property management, or other related fields- preferred
- Familiarity with property management and leases
- Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
