Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent with LIHTC compliance training to enhance our team's capabilities. This role involves handling all front-end leasing activities and transactions on behalf of prospects at our multifamily apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease apartments to qualified applicants
  • Collect and verify information from applicants
  • Organize and host open houses and other community events
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Provide education on LIHTC requirements to prospects as needed
  • Verify and disclose property facts to applicants

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or property management is preferred
  • Familiarity with property management and leasing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and stakeholders
