Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic work environment? We're seeking a dedicated Property Inspector to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and quality of residential properties. From conducting thorough inspections to effectively communicating findings, you'll contribute to maintaining our high standards and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive property inspections, meticulously documenting conditions and identifying maintenance needs.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and prioritize maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate seamless move-in and move-out processes, accurately documenting property conditions.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining damages, repair estimates, and recommended actions, fostering transparent communication with property owners.
  • Maintain meticulous records and utilize technology platforms to streamline inspection processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Proactively address urgent issues and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Uphold professional conduct and represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Pleasing personality with a positive attitude and professional demeanor, capable of fostering positive relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and adept navigation skills for efficient property inspections.
  • Reliable transportation and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Can take clear still photos for documentation. Digital Camera Preferred but a Mobile Phone with good quality camera will suffice.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in technology tools and platforms.

Full time / hourly compensation / reliable transportation required / monthly gas allowance

Job Types:

  • Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

  • From $16.00 per hour
  • Monthly Gas allowance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
