Job Title: Tooling Technician & Industrial Maintenance

Location: Auburn, IN

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift Available

Job Overview: Join our team as a Tooling Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician. You'll work closely with tooling personnel to uphold high-quality standards, focusing on precision, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool Use: Operate hand tools, wrenches, hammers, tube benders, and air tools effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Assist in repairing and maintaining tooling and equipment; collaborate with team members as needed.
  • Measurement: Utilize micrometers, depth micrometers, and calipers for precision.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform, check, and document work processes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Safety and Efficiency: Maintain a safe work environment with good housekeeping and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Instruction Interpretation: Read and understand work instructions, cooling diagrams, and assembly prints.
  • Tool Supply: Provide your own hand tools as required.
  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with hand tools, air tools, and measurement instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including assembly prints and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under supervision.
  • Commitment to safety and efficient work practices.
  • Must supply personal hand tools.
