Job DescriptionJob Description

Tooth + Tusk is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Location:

Beaverton, OR

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30

Qualifications:

  • Being the best part of our patients' day
  • Answering phones with a smile. You are the voice of the practice and an extension of the atmosphere of our office.
  • Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment
  • Payment collections
  • Insurance Verification
  • Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
  • Duties will be increased with more experience
  • Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
  • Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using medical software
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processes
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
