POSITION PURPOSE AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bussers, and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests' dining experience. Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as directed by the chef.
