We are seeking an outgoing and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team for J.A.I.Z Quality Medical Staffing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and relationships to promote our staffing services within the community. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships with referral sources, and increase brand awareness to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote our staffing agency to potential clients and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Utilize various marketing channels including networking events, and community outreach programs to reach target audiences.
- Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and seminars to educate the public about our services and establish our brand as a trusted provider of staffing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations to support their efforts in converting leads into clients.
- Stay up to date with advancements in marketing techniques, technology, and regulations related to staffing services.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients, referral sources, and the community.
- You will receive a salary plus commission
- Must have 2 years of experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
