Job Summary:

Salesforce Admin/Developer with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. This includes managing user accounts, creating custom objects and fields, developing workflows, and building custom applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain our Salesforce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms, including managing user accounts, security settings, and data access.
  • Develop custom objects, fields, and workflows to support business processes.
  • Enable marketing email campaigns and journeys.
  • Support Salesforce partner integrations (Appinium, etc.).
  • Build custom applications using Apex and Visualforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to business challenges.

· Define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with business partners and functional departments.

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and updates, and implement new features as needed.

Education & Qualifications:

  • College or advanced degree in business management disciplines, information systems and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce admin/developer with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Cloud administration, including user management, security settings, and data access.
  • Familiarity supporting email campaigns and journeys thru Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning and Visualforce development.
  • Knowledge of applicable controls and regulations.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, directed and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environments.
  • Continuous learning and new technologies adaptation.

 

 

Environmental Conditions:

Works in both office and plant environment. Office environment has controlled temperature, humidity, and noise levels. Plant environment varies with outside temperature and noise levels vary in different production areas. Effective near vision or near vision accommodation is required. Talking and hearing are required. Minimal bending, stooping, walking, and stair climbing are required as is lifting items of moderate weight. MCHB quality standards and safety rules and regulations are mandatory.

Travel:

Projects will require virtual support to all MCBH sites and may require other travel if virtual engagement needs are not appropriate to meet the needs of the organization.
