Warehouse Assistant Manager job duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible for the direction, training, and development of warehouse personnel.

· Receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments

· Handling workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates

· Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy

. Assist in continuously improving all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement, including but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.

· Assist in Controlling and monitoring inventory count by verifying inventory in system with physical counts of stock

Receive and count incoming product while auditing for defects or shortages & report shortages & defective products

· Assist in Promptly Order Shipping materials and all other warehouse-related items when needed.
