Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an entry level inside marketing rep to call current accounts and to hunt for new business. We market to physicians in private practice.

Our office is in Huntington. Applicant must live nearby.

Responsibilities:

  • Use our software to identify potential new business
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Phone house accounts
  • Answer inbound telephone calls from physician's staff and patients
  • Work with current in house support staff
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
