***In office role working Tues, Wed & Thursday starting at 8:30am or 9:00am for 20 hours per week. Primary role is to build email templates in Pardot - some automation set up already. Will also be doing formatting for blogs and LinkedIn Posts with content that is already set. 

GENERAL SUMMARY: 
The Marketing Ops role is responsible for developing, strategizing, and launching marketing campaigns in effort to drive lead generation, client upsell and retention. The Marketing Ops role has knowledge and experience building campaigns to drive lead generation. This role is directly responsible for reporting for all marketing efforts as well as the distribution of Marketing Qualified Leads to the sales team. This role is designed for a critical thinker and team player that has the ability to work cross functionally within the company. This role reports directly to the Revenue Operations Manager and will work closely with other functional branches inside the revenue org.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Management of Marketing Tool (Pardot)
•    Strategize campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads 
•    Establish campaigns that upsell current clients 
•    Report on marketing initiatives to Rev Ops leader 
•    Track and manage marketing revenue generation 
•    Build lists in Salesforce 
•    Assist rev ops with special projects 
•    Assist systems admin with day to day 
•    Manage and track Mergers and Acquisitions  
•    Cleanliness of leads in marketing platform 
•    Build and manage workflows in marketing platform
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•    Bachelor's Degree 
•    Proven experience in marketing efforts  
•    Knowledge of multiple marketing platforms  
•    Strong communication and writing skills  
•    General knowledge of Salesforce
