THE OPPORTUNITY

If so, we would like to talk with you. This team designs and continues to stay involved with projects from a conceptual phase all the way through to completion of construction.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in design, preferably in Residential Design
  • Degree in Interior Design
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • A keen interest in the Design/Build environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion
  • Strong technical knowledge, including CAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Experience in residential kitchen and bath design preferably using a Design/Build Process
  • Demonstrated ability to create relationships with clients
  • Organizational, time management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Strong team and customer service orientation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a personal schedule to prioritize work on multiple residential remodeling projects from concept through completion
  • Work with clients, vendors, and fellow team members to effectively design, select, price, and order materials and finishes for projects
