We are seeking a reliable, confident, detail oriented, customer centric individual to fill a newly developed role within our organization.

This position will equip the right candidate with essential skills, knowledge and hands on learning to succeed in a sales career.

The ideal candidate will be one whom is looking for an opportunity to transition into a sales career. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, participate in training sessions as well as gain real-world experience by contributing to DKB’s sales efforts.


Essential functions:

  • Sales/Product Knowledge: Participate in training covering sales techniques, product knowledge, internal systems and software, and industry insights.
  • Manufacturing process: Participate in training sessions covering all aspects of manufacturing of custom, dimensions, and frameless cabinets.
  • Drawing/Design: Participate in job shadows of designers, and the Engineers to learn the Cabinet Vision software.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in prospecting, identifying potentials and building a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement: Shadow and support sales reps during client meetings, calls, measures & sales activity.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing drawings and proposals.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and meetings to expand your professional network and industry knowledge


Skills & Abilities required:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Communications not necessary but a plus.
  • Experience: No prior sales experience is required but any relevant experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is highly suggested.
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of MS Office programs necessary, plus the ability to learn internal programs such as Cabinet Vision & Dakota
