Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Manager located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. They will also provide exceptional customer service, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to surpass revenue targets.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new investment associates.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the sales department.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team productivity and individual performance.
  • Provide guidance to sales agents in negotiating and finalizing complex transactions, ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements affecting commercial real estate.

 

Requirements

  • MINIMUM 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager or related field.
  • Strong preference for candidates with expertise in net lease transactions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating and finalizing net lease transactions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field.

Salary is based on experience.
