Your Role:

As our Mazak CNC Operator Programmer, you’ll be the wizard behind the machines, bringing designs to life with your expertise in Mazatrol programming. Your days will be filled with setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to craft precision parts and tooling that meet our high standards. Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality and excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Machine Mastery: Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines with finesse, ensuring each piece meets our exacting standards.
• Programming Pro: Utilize Mazatrol or Win Max programming to bring designs to life and tackle complex machining tasks.
• Blueprint Boss: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide your work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Tooling Titan: Assist in creating and adjusting fixtures, jigs, and tools to enhance production efficiency.
• Inspection Expert: Employ measuring tools and equipment to verify the precision of your work, maintaining our quality benchmarks.
• Safety & Cleanliness Champion: Keep your workspace tidy and adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
• Team Player: Share your expertise with peers, contribute to skill development, and assist with general shop maintenance and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mazatrol Mastery: Proven experience with Mazatrol or Win Max programming is a must.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with both peers and supervisors, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Technical Know-How: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, understanding GD&T, and using common measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Safety Savvy: Knowledge of workplace safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Versatile Skills: Comfortable working with oils, degreasers, and various machining tools.
