We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Speech language Pathologist to work PRN.

What you will do:

  • Completes initial evaluations and re-evaluations to measure the child’s progress toward his/her individual goals.
  • Implement specialized therapy treatment, techniques and instruction in accordance with plan of care.
  • Documentation completed in our EMR system in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other professionals (OT, PT, etc.)
  • Achieves productivity goals on a regular basis
  • Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment
  • Preserves the integrity and confidentiality of protected health information of Easterseals’ clients.
  • Understands, acknowledges, and implements Easterseals’ privacy policies involving the disclosure of protected health information of Easterseals’ clients.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
  • Previous pediatric experience preferred.
  • Licensed as a SLP in the State of Florida.
  • NPI and Medicaid Number
  • Possess a valid Florida driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance or access to transportation for travel
