Position: Speech Language Pathologist - PRN

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Overview:
Sentara Health Plans is in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Pediatric team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to children with speech and language challenges.

Work Schedule:
Day shifts available

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate, design, and implement rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing communication, swallowing, and fluency skills.
2. Deliver age-appropriate educational resources to clients and their families.
3. Oversee and mentor team members involved in patient care.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License from the appropriate state boards
