Responsibilities: 

  • Perform client visits as assigned
  • Develop treatment plans and patients goals
  • Performs all skilled Speech Therapy procedures as ordered by physician
  • Prepares and submits patient evaluations, clinical and progress notes in a timely manner as outlined per Agency policy and standards


Required Experience:

  • Unencumbered ST license in Colorado
  • One year of home health experience (preferred)
