Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are on the lookout for a full-time Closing Assistant / Title Processor / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our three key managers. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, from administrative tasks to client interaction 

You will be working closely with the owner's inventory as a liaison with the lender, ensuring the title is clear, and obtaining all necessary documentation and signatures for the settlement. You will also be processing files, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring the smooth close of the sale or settlement. The ideal candidate can multitask, and excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages. Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with some flexibility.

Key Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of title insurance, real estate laws, and closing processes.
  • Proven experience in handling title searches, preparing closing documents, and ensuring legal compliance in real estate transactions.
  • Conduct property research to check for real estate title defects or issues, such as claims, liens, mortgages, deeds, wills, or fraud
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in customer service, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Willingness to handle a range of tasks, balancing title work with executive assistant duties.
  • Passionate about contributing to a purpose-driven and thriving business.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls, scanning, printing, and attending to walk-ins with a focus on customer service.
  • Collecting information to clear title problems directly with title companies and/or attorneys
  • Undertaking data entry, schedule management, and document tracking.
  • Keeping client files current and coordinating closings, schedules, and vendor relations.
  • Assisting the property manager with company-owned rentals and property flips.
  • Showing our properties to prospective buyers or tenants
  • Performing general errands such as purchasing office supplies, document drop-offs at the title company or UPS, and occasional lunch pickups.
  • Particular emphasis on tasks related to real estate title processes, leveraging your experience in this area.
