What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for experienced gardening and landscaping professionals who are eager to bring their skills to our dynamic team. If you’re a seasoned driver with landscaping know-how, you’ll guide our crews to excellence. Don’t have truck and trailer experience? No problem—we’ll train you All we ask is that you bring your passion, communication skills, and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.

What You’ll Get:
- Competitive Pay: Earn $17.75 - $21 per hour based on your experience, education, and performance.
- Sign-On Bonus: Earn a significant sign-on bonus up to $1,200 after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers.
- Perform and oversee various lawn care tasks, from mowing to fertilizing.
- Assist in landscape construction projects and ensure quality control.
- Operate and maintain a variety of power equipment.
- Train and supervise crew members to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

What We Expect:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, including English and Tagalog/Ilocano (if applicable).
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- The ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various conditions.
