Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and so much more.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to support marketing and sales initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Actively participate in sales activities, including outreach, lead generation, and follow-up.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with computers and other relevant software applications.
  • Passionate about holistic health and wellness, with a desire to learn and promote holistic living to empower others’ lives.
  • Courageous attitude towards marketing and sales activities, both inside and outside the office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated and independent.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
