Great opportunity for a recent college graduate with a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and solid Excel skills including Vlookup/pivot tables.

Pay $55,000 to $65,000 

Junior Accountant Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for data analysis and reconciliations
  • Analysis and reconciliations of the transaction details to help identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Ensure that proper amounts are classified correctly
  • Will be responsible for reviewing the utility and pipeline statements and validate the imbalances 
  • Assist with setting up new accounts
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciliation and generating invoices
  • Assist with the monthly close process
  • Sales orders and purchase orders
  • Cash receipts and reconciliations
Junior Accountant Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is required
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables:
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn and grow with a company
