Qualifications should include:

· College degree preferred (technical or Business are good fits)

· 1-2 years of outside sales experience

· Good communication skills - oral and written

The territory to be covered is well established with existing customers and product lines, and does include some customers in Western Canada (BC & AB).

Compensation Package:  Salary + Bonus to start leading to commission based (more you sell -more you make) + expenses.  Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, car allowance, and 401K retirement plan with company matching.

The necessary tools are provided – laptop, cell phone, CRM system, training, demos/samples, inside sales support, distributor sales channel partners

Currently three of our Outside Sales people are owners of the company, and once established, new field sales folks are offered the opportunity to become owners, making this opportunity very unique.
