The PRIMEDIA Network (www.primedianetwork.com) is a national TV media agency and we work with all the major TV networks – including ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX -- to help them sell off their unsold commercial inventory. We have pre-negotiated discounted ad spot rates on over 1000 local network TV stations nationwide in 168 markets and we are in immediate need for a Digital Marketing Manager. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams for technical implementation of campaigns, with a specific focus on building end-to-end funnels.
  • Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, and CSS for creating basic landing pages or similar.
  • Website and landing page building and development
  • Significant recent professional experience and expertise with:
    • WebFlow (Required)
    • Zapier (Required)
    • Mailchimp
    • Call Routing Platforms
    • Google Services
    • Microsoft Office 365

Google Services (Required)

·         Google AdWords Knowledge

·         Create and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives such as lead generation and sales.

·         Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize ROI and ad performance.

Google Tag Manager (Required)

·         Administer Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage advertising tags and trackers across websites and digital properties.

·         Implement event tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing tags to capture valuable data and insights.

Google Analytics 4 (Required)

·         Utilize Google Analytics 4 to analyze user behavior, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights for optimization.

·         Set up custom reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor website and campaign performance effectively.

·         Integrate data from diverse sources such as CRM systems, advertising platforms, and third-party tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of user interactions and customer journeys.

Webflow (Required)

·         Build visually appealing and functional funnel pages using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experience throughout the customer journey.

·         Customize page elements and layouts to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.

·         Implement A/B testing strategies to refine funnel page performance.

·         Manage form submissions efficiently, including form validation, data handling, and integration with CRM systems.

·         Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, chatbots, and analytics tools to enhance website functionality and data tracking.

·         Develop and implement custom events using Webflow interactions, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies to track user actions accurately.

·         Ensure accurate tracking of user behavior and conversions across digital platforms by setting up and maintaining robust tracking mechanisms.

Zapier (Required)

·         Automate repetitive tasks and workflows by creating Zaps in Zapier, connecting various web applications and services seamlessly.

·         Implement advanced automation scenarios to streamline processes such as lead generation, data synchronization, and customer communication.

·         Troubleshoot and optimize existing Zaps to improve efficiency and reliability.

·         Collaborate with other team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Mailchimp

·         Design visually compelling email campaigns using Mailchimp's drag-and-drop editor, ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.

·         Segment email lists based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.

·         Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

·         Implement best practices for email deliverability, including list hygiene, authentication protocols, and compliance with anti-spam regulations.

SharePoint

·         Manage and customize SharePoint sites to facilitate efficient collaboration and document management within the organization.

·         Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows and automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve productivity.

·         Provide technical support and training to users on SharePoint functionalities and best practices.

Invoca (Preferable experience similar call routing platforms)

·         Implement and manage call tracking and analytics solutions using Invoca to capture and analyze inbound call data.

·         Optimize call routing and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems to improve customer experience and maximize conversion rates.

·         Generate insights from call data to inform marketing strategies and optimize advertising campaigns.

Expected Outcomes

  • Technical Implementation - Ensure end-to-end marketing funnel strategies are built to the manager specifications.
  • Technical Integration - Create integrations between a variety of marketing tools spanning every step of a given marketing or sales campaign.
  • Technical Maintenance - Proactively test for and fix any errors after a campaign goes live.
  • Technical Excellence - Iterate on past performance to make every campaign as successful as possible.
