Restoration Technician

All Dry is the fastest growing disaster restoration company in the nation, and we are seeking an experienced IICRC WRT certified technician. We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and experience in water and mold remediation.

Position Overview

Manage and perform all assigned jobs from start to completion, including estimating job cost using our software program, reviewing the job scope and estimate with home/business owner, communicating the process and expected project time, record, monitor and complete all jobs within our job management software program, and follow up with customers on open/unsold estimates.

Some examples of daily responsibilities:

  • Clock-in / Clock-out
  • Pre-job vehicle preparation
  • Water pumping and extraction
  • Mold remediation, including setting up containment
  • Set up drying equipment
  • Antimicrobial applications
  • Minor demolition
  • Disposal of debris
  • Maintain and clean equipment
  • Maintain vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition
  • Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time
  • Follow up with customers

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable individual with the right attitude All Dry level customer service and the ability to be compassionate during a home/business owners time of need.

  • IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certified
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work independently
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours and holidays work in the event of a home/business owner emergency

Pay Structure

Hourly Rate: Up to $22
Overtime
