Architectural Designer

Andresen Architecture is a small office offering a wide variety of work and experiences. We offer the latest in technology and an open environment where personal responsibility and professional growth is nurtured. Excellence is pursued in every aspect of our practice.

We are interviewing for two full time positions. We currently have 100% of our work in Revit. Our company has a wide variety of projects that include residential, multi-family, commercial, retail, municipal, office buildings and tenant improvements.

Skill Requirements / Responsibilities:

  • Revit. 4+ years of experience working with Revit from Schematic Design through Construction Documents
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience drafting / designing plans for residential and commercial projects
  • Must be familiar with Building codes
  • Must be familiar with building systems. We develop Structural Plans for 75% of our projects. Should also have some knowledge of Residential Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical systems
  • Must be able to take on and complete tasks by yourself and/or with a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Should have strong communication skills
