Architectural Designer

We are interviewing for two full time positions. We currently have 100% of our work in Revit. Our company has a wide variety of projects that include residential, multi-family, commercial, retail, municipal, office buildings and tenant improvements.

Skill Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Revit. 2+ years of experience working with Revit from Schematic Design through Construction Documents
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Photoshop
• Experience drafting / designing plans for residential and commercial projects
• Must be familiar with Building codes
• Must be familiar with building systems. We develop Structural Plans for 75% of our projects. Should also have some knowledge of Residential Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Must be able to take on and complete tasks by yourself and/or with a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Should have strong communication skills
