We have an immediate opening for a Paralegal in the Firm's Professional Liability Department.

The paralegal will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of discovery; trial and appellate preparation; court filings; document management and production; and exhibit preparation.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree plus paralegal certificate

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in litigation.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Kofax/Nuance, iManage, and Lexis Nexis

  • Knowledge of the local court systems is a must

  • Knowledge of billable hours and billing software
