Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in hormone balancing and weight loss techniques.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and employee development.

 

Qualifications:

- Experience in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the weight loss or healthcare industry.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

- Knowledge of hormone balancing and weight loss techniques is highly desirable.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
