We are looking for an experienced cook to help with our restaurant and catering at a yacht club on City Island. The restaurant is open five days a week for lunch and dinner, Wednesday-Sunday, April-November. Also, we are open Friday-Sunday the remainder of the year. We host club events and private parties at the club and we also cater off premise, mostly in Westchester county. We are a small team and are looking for someone that is organized, efficient and works well with others. The job entails cooking on the line, expediting, managing inventory, and prepping/executing catered events.
