About you:
You are open to learning and growing your sales skills in Property Management. You feel comfortable being the face of our award-winning portfolio. You are an accomplished multitasker and a dedicated sales person with an eye for detail. You do not shy away from a fast paced work environment
You are also:
- A good communicator with 1+ year of experience in the property management industry
- Strong in sales and communication with a work history of sales related positions
- Able to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly goals
- Able to process paperwork with minimal errors
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Effectively present information to management and residents
- Proficient with basic computational skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Able to complete file audits and work comfortably with Microsoft office suites including excel
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experienced working across multiple departments with managers of varying degrees
- Customer-focused
- Up to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property management
- Familiar with Yardi or equivalent property management software
- Experienced with new development/lease-up properties is a plus
Physical Demands: (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Walking and standing are required. The length of time for these tasks may vary from day to day.
- Requires standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating.
- Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers filing systems, and other office equipment as needed.
