As the Marketing & Local Leasing Coordinator, you will Support the Marketing & Business Development Manager with print and digital marketing, event planning, social media, community outreach, canvassing, and business development. Assist the Local Leasing Manager in coordinating and managing local leasing efforts. Focus on youth, families, artists, and seniors through events and campaigns. Strategically grow the omni-channel digital program (social media, email, video, SMS) with influencer and business partnerships. Drive income through advertising deals, temporary leases, and event sponsorships.

 

To succeed, you should have:

  • College degree
  • 2+ years in Marketing or related field
  • Proficient in digital ads, especially Facebook/Instagram
  • Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for marketing trends
  • Collaborative with the marketing team, tenants, and vendors
  • Flexible for event shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive
  • Fluent in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Skilled in Facebook campaign and business manager
  • Knowledge of web retargeting campaigns
  • Email content creation and distribution strategy

 

Your responsibilities as the Marketing & Local Leasing Coordinator - Northpark will include:

Principal Marketing Accountabilities

  • Understand the local market.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Develop marketing collateral.
  • Create and execute digital media content; track growth.
  • Coordinate events and community programs.
  • Draft press releases and manage public relations.
  • Capture and caption photos and videos.
  • Manage production schedules for advertising and print.
  • Identify and assist with corporate sponsorship opportunities.
  • Cultivate tenant relationships and support local marketing efforts.
  • Assist with event recaps and sales reports.
  • Create and install signage and displays.
  • Track and achieve measurable results.
  • Support Marketing & Business Development Manager.

 

Principal Local Leasing Accountabilities

  • Assist with leasing RMUs, kiosks, and in-line stores.
  • Prepare contracts and amendments.
  • Coordinate window displays and visuals.
  • Help tenants with merchandising to boost sales.
  • Prepare and adhere to budget forecasts.
  • Assist with space turnover and tenant coordination.
  • Support Local Leasing Manager.
