Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for technology, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility and conversion rates - Monitor and analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation Qualifications: - Proven experience in e-commerce sales or related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce, Ebay, Amazon or Shopify - Experience in business development or outside sales is preferred - Exceptional customer service skills We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
