Front Desk Associate/Sales Execution Team
The role of the Front Desk Associate/Sales Execution Team is to serve as the primary contact for customers and policy owners and to support new financial representatives in their first 2 years by providing vital administrative assistance. Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer, screen and record telephone calls
- Maintain telephone system and agency directory
- Process incoming and outgoing mail; deliver outgoing mail to Post Office
- Maintain the reception area/café
- Place orders for supplies
- Support with on-site events and food arrangements
- Answer basic policy owner/policy benefit questions
- Act as administrative support for financial representatives/staff as needed
- Complete and/or assist with projects as assigned by the Office Manager/Director of Operations
- Cross-train in other support roles
Operational Support for new financial representatives
- CRM administrative support (inputting and managing client records and activities)
- Maintain electronic client file documentation.
- Creating prospecting/marketing lists
- Process, or collaborate with others to complete risk product service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc.
