Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front house activities
- Ensure that inventory is submitted and stocked daily
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of customer service
- Train and manage server personnel
- Make administrative decisions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Hiring and firing front of house employees
- Maintaining clear communication between back and front of the house staff
- Reporting progress and issues back to owner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
We started our business January 7th, 2020 (just 2 months before the COVID) and we are still holding on. We are constantly reinventing ourselves due to all of the things that happened over the past year. With Rhonda having no prior restaurant experience, it was a bit of a challenge and was definitely intensified by the COVID striking them so early in this journey.

The R & R stands for Rhonda and Rodney which is a husband/wife team. We based our business around our family. Rhonda is the sole owner that decided to start a restaurant business because Rodney is able to retire in a few short years and she would like to join him. We pride ourselves on our original menu and great food. Our menu displays our food specials as our children and parents names. \r
