Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

Duke City Commercial LLC is looking to hire a few great team members. If you are friendly, have a good attitude, like being part of a team and have a good work ethic, we are looking for you We are currently in search of a full time Maintenance Technician to join our commercial property maintenance team. We are seeking a career minded individual that can troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Competitive salary and benefits package offered with paid time off. At least one year of experience with general maintenance required.

Maintenance Technicians

· Daily duties and job requirements consist of, but are not limited to:

· Complete tenant service requests in an efficient and timely manner

· Must be able to use technology-time keeping system and work order system are web based.

· Interact and communicate with tenants and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

· Manage your time with minimal supervision.

· Make repairs to sinks, toilets and urinals, i.e., rebuilding flush valves or replacing water shutoff valves.

· Replace ballasts, lights, receptacles, light fixtures, and light switches.

· Maintain property perimeter including trash pickup and snow/ice melt removal.

· Participate in a rotating emergency and after hours on-call schedule.

· Report discrepancies, irregularities, and safety concerns to supervisor.

· Must be able to climb up and down ladders, lift 30 pounds and be able to physically perform the job.

· Provide preventive maintenance and minor repairs on heating and cooling systems.

· Must possess a driver’s license, must always maintain proof of insurance, and have a good driving record.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· General knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, drywall repair (to include texture and paint), HVAC systems, and technology (i.e. iPad, iPhone and internet-based apps)
