As a sales rep you will be developing relationships with medical institutions to deliver solutions for their facilities.

We provide support and tailored marketing campaigns including print, mail, email, search engine, social media, websites, and video marketing that outshine the competition. 
 

Job Purpose and Summary

  • Grow company revenues by obtaining new clients and generating new sales opportunities.

  • Perform in-depth needs analysis for Medical institutions to provide comprehensive Medical equipment solutions. 

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing needs-analysis and fulfilling their needs with appropriate supplies, equipment, and services.

  • Create and nurture relationships with prospects that have purchasing authority at their respective institutions.

  • Align with the company goals of quoting, selling, specific medical technologies.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and clients based on business directories, leads, and referrals from existing customers, visitors to trade shows and conferences.

  • Research and have a deep enough understanding of the items and technology to make customer recommendations.

  • Discovering opportunities for new and recurring business.

  • Make presentations to business partners and clients.

  • Record notes of any and all customer conversations into the CRM. (Salesforce)

  • Maintaining quality service by following established organizational standards and procedures.

  • Submitting accurate orders to purchasing and ensure an efficient quote to sales process.

  • Assist customer service department when needed to resolve customer complaints.

  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.

  • Create a sales strategy by consistently researching industry trends.

  • Competitively bid on RFQs to beat competitors while preserving required margins.

  • Recommending alternate solutions when a product is unavailable.

  • Meet with Sales Support Reps to optimize workflows.

 

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of relevant b2b sales experience. 

  • Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, possesses high energy, and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
