We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our amazing team. As the Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the marketing project process from the beginning to end is efficiently executed with positive results.

Duties:

  • Understand the company, its product and customer base in order to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Working with the marketing directors to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks that need to implement that strategy.
  • Conduct in depth market research on a product or service compared to industry standard.
  • Determining Marketing campaigns budgets to ensure that all marketing staff adheres to them.
  • Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines. Ensuring that the marketing project meets the highest attainable quality standards

Skills/Experience:

  • An unorthodox, next step thinker with ability to think outside the box
  • Resourceful and creative solutioning. Creating a solution regardless of barriers faced
  • Previous experience acting as a liaison between Executive and direct reports and others within and outside of the company, is preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and adjust processes and plans based on unforeseen circumstances
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible attitude with a willingness to adapt quickly to any and all changes made
  • Bachelors degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management theory and best practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of external stakeholders, senior executives and junior level staff verbally and in written correspondence
