**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing page experiences.
- Create compelling and engaging ad content.
- Ensures active, daily communication with each client via Discord, providing detailed updates on the status of ongoing projects, forthcoming tasks, achievements, and addressing any immediate questions or concerns.
- Completes tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality, making optimal use of time and resources to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Actively manages and exceeds client expectations.
- Maintain a record of the return on investment (ROI) for each client's marketing efforts, allowing us to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate value to clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and align strategies with their evolving needs.
- Emphasize over-communication to ensure clients are well-informed about marketing initiatives, thus promoting a positive client experience.
- Address challenges promptly and transparently, avoiding unnecessary delays and seeking solutions to maintain smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ performance based digital marketing experience, running user acquisition marketing campaigns preferred.
- Must have experience implementing digital marketing campaigns across major ad networks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Capable of working on a team and independently

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
