Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing appropriate treatments to eliminate pests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Technicians will be responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
  • Follow SOP for standard pest plans to maintain pest free homes for program customers.
  • Perform prescribed preventive treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Either demonstrate or acquire through ongoing training, professional certification in Missouri/Illinois
  • Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on pest control techniques and industry developments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in pest control is preferred.
  • Valid pest control license or certification (we do provide training for certification)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
