• Conduct removal of spider webs from the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, along with applying pesticides to mitigate pest issues.

Position Details:

• This is a field-based role requiring travel within the surrounding regions.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (approximately 8 hours per day).

During your training phase, you will receive on-the-job training with compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. You will be expected to obtain an applicator's license independently (with reimbursement for study materials and testing fees) within a specified timeframe. Upon acquiring the license, you will be assigned a company vehicle, a mobile device, and an established route. Compensation will transition to a commission structure of 27% to 30%, with an estimated annual income of $42,000 to $46,800 and beyond.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of two years of experience in any customer service role.

• A valid Driver's License is required.

• Ability to obtain necessary pest certification as mandated by state/local regulations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of the work.

• Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted for all candidates receiving a job offer.

Physical Requirements:

• The role may require the use of a respirator when necessary.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds at chest height.

• Work in various environments, including confined spaces, damp or dusty conditions, and extreme temperatures.

• Essential tasks include lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and other physical activities.

• Driving a company vehicle as needed to fulfill job responsibilities (motor vehicle record checks will be performed pre-employment and ongoing).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Capability to promote value-added services to current clients.
