Personal injury law firm is searching for an experienced litigation paralegal. If you have personal injury experience, please apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Docketing cases for the Attorney
  • Managing Attorney calendars
  • All correspondence for Attorneys including letters, memo’s, case related correspondence, court filings
  • Reviews and analyzes matters for the purpose of preparing matter evaluations and status reports to clients
  • Conducts research and locates cases, depositions, opinions, reports and information related to the matter
  • Utilizes software for Case Management and Billing
  • Performs assigned legal research tasks using all available resources including libraries and computer data systems
  • Operates standard office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, personal computer, dictation and arranging Zoom meetings
  • Maintain positive contact with clients and observe confidentiality of client matters
  • Assists in the trial of the case, including scheduling of witnesses, and controls and tracks exhibits
  • Organize and maintain case files, pleadings and other documents and attorney notebooks
  • Supervision of legal assistants may be required 
  • Grammar check legal documents
  • Proofreading
  • E- filing
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Previous litigation experience representing the plaintiffs
  • Has filed a complaint in Superior Court and understands the civil rules of procedure for the State of Arizona
  • 3-10 years experience
  • Bilingual strongly preferred

Hours: 8:30-5 M-F

Pay Rate: $20- $26/hr based on experience.
