We are a design firm located in the heart of downtown Seattle and are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, and have 10+ years of marketing experience in AEC or a similar industry. This individual will collaborate with the leadership team to manage and execute the marketing plan developing effective marketing strategies including, but not limited to social media, event marketing, media opportunities, communication plans, etc. aligned with the overall marketing plan. This pivotal role will help to further define and elevate our brand and support our growing company.

 

Your New Role

  • Partner with leadership to produce compelling internal and external communication plans
  • Oversee the research and development of content to connect with clients; ex. brochures, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, presentations, etc
  • Develop strategies to amplify our brand
  • Oversee efforts for employees to create a deeper connection to our purpose and culture
  • Plan and manage the development and implementation of social media
  • Work closely with various teams to develop appropriate deliverables

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ marketing experience in AEC or similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or similar field
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with leading and collaborating with a small design team
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with both peers and senior members of the firm
  • A collaborative and team-oriented disposition; a sense of humor and grace under pressure; persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic
  • Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive and client-focused attitude
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) a plus, but not required
