Immediate 3 month position available in Naperville, IL.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 days per week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Daily schedule would 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 only 24 hours per week.
  • The project is related to driver files.
  • Role requires scanning documents using desktop scanner.
  • Scanned documents will be uploaded with an electronic cover sheet identifying the document being uploaded.
  • A combination of data entry background would be good. As noted, we are looking for someone that will be able to print screen documents for records navigating technology and discerning compliance documents.
  • Proofing work and working within the HR team, the HR experience may be helpful.
  • There is an expectation of auditing the documents and files confirming all appropriate information confirming compliance and all drivers are included.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Developed skills in Microsoft products not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to snip/print screens as appropriate.
  • An attitude of focus to accomplish the volume of work.
  • Accuracy and proofing work.
  • Partner with team to ask questions to take appropriate steps for compliance
