LaSalle Network has partnered with one of our most dynamic real estate/construction clients who are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their Commercial Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in supporting strategic growth initiatives across our client's company. You will partner with the Commercial Finance Manager and various business units to provide insightful analysis, identify optimization opportunities and ultimately drive bottom-line results.

Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Leverage your financial acumen to analyze financial outputs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Field Operations and In-House Technician (IHT) teams to gain a deep understanding of operational KPIs and their financial implications
• Work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to develop and maintain financial and operational budgeting/forecasting models
• Partner with Field Operations and IHT groups to optimize our warranty claims and HVAC book of business processes, driving cost efficiency
• Team up with Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of Field Operations and IHT P&L inputs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategizing growth initiatives alongside business partners

Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience with financial modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable insights
• Passion for the real estate and construction industry and a desire to learn and grow in this dynamic environment
