 Roles: You are a vital key to the happiness of our members in the experience you provide through your classes. You elevate the personal betterment of our members that you work with on a daily basis. You enrich the lives of those you come into contact with, whether taking your class or not when inside the walls of Achilles Heel Training. You lead the charge within the Service Standards that Achilles Heel Training has placed upon servicing our members. 

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Retention of existing clients through delivering amazing training session experience

  • Keeping all clients safe, entertained, and providing value to each at every hour

  • Cultivate a fun, community atmosphere within the business

  • Punching in and out in a timely manner

  • Promotion of all internal offers and internal events held by the business by announcing with the intention of cultivating excitement before sessions.

  • Keeping a spotless facility (training floor, common areas & bathrooms).

  • Being present in your classes and managing distractions

  • Embodying the Achilles Heel Training Service Standards and executing them to the highest degree

 

Requirements: Must be positive energy. Must have previous experience. Must be CPR & AED certified. Must have some type of training certificate. Must not be selfish or self-centered. Must be a professional and a team player. Must understand that this is a business and in order to help people and provide for all employees, it must be profitable. Must LOVE appreciating customers and giving them an amazing experience to retain them and keep them coming back. Must give EXCEPTIONAL service every time. Must learn clients' names and greet them emphatically. Must provide value and encouragement to each individual that participates in class that day. Understanding that the reason it is called work is that the position requires WORK, ensuring you are delivering value. Must be organized, and well documented. Must be pro-team, pro-Achilles Heel Training, professional, prompt, positive, passionate, dedicated, and driven. 

 

Results:

  • Members become raving fans of your classes.1 referral a month 

  • Workouts are set up prior to members coming in and reset between sessions.

  • The facility is spotless for the next class.

  • The average class size stays above 18 people

  • Announcements are made before & after class for any internal promotions.

  • People sign up for promotions because the trainer is genuinely excited about them.

  • Each client is greeted and said goodbye emphatically every time.
