**Automotive Training Manager**

**Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

**Salary: $70,000 - $80,000**

As the Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our sales and service teams. This position demands a versatile individual with a deep understanding and first-hand experience in automotive sales and service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training programs tailored to the sales and service operations, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their positions.
- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises.
- Conduct training sessions in various settings, including classroom and hands-on, dealership visits, and remotely.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to support their continuous improvement and development.
- Analyze comprehensive reports that identify process deficiencies to help inform where additional training or coaching is needed.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive sales and service training.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales and service.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to all Lee Auto Malls' locations statewide; mileage paid.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
