Responsibilities will focus on comprehensive cost compliance determination, lease audit and financial analysis, cost savings negotiation, and audit fieldwork. RRG's audit teams, in conjunction with project management and support staff, conduct full-cycle real estate occupancy cost audits and advisory services for our Fortune 1000 and Global 1000 client base.

Candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate, lease contracts, property accounting and finance, building operations, property management practices, and market conditions. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Premium placed on exacting attention to detail, and strong finance or accounting back group or comparable industry-specific experience.

Lease Analyst candidates must also exhibit excellent management and leadership skills including the ability to independently conduct full-scope audit work with demonstrated exceptional results. Flexibility and strong experience working within a team environment to accomplish firm objectives are a must.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat suit products.

Three (3) to five (5) years of lease audit, finance, commercial real estate, or property management experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
